Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy,!*
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
  • You can return your purchase for up to 180 days from the purchase date*. Products must be in the condition you received them, unworn with labels attached and in the original packaging.
  • Simply contact our Customer Service department by email customerservice@cwear.com and you will be issued with a refund or exchange number and instructions to process your return.

    How to make a return or exchange

    Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require.

    It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address. If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure - real time third party card clearing service and we do not see your card details from the original sale. Additional purchases are then billed through the EFTPOS system. Refunds are processed against the original order number. Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
