Our fabric supplier, located here in Sydney, Australia is a world leader in chlorine resistant, 50+ SPF sun protective swimwear and regularly supplies Speedo and Adidas.

All fabrics are pre-certified to UPF 50+, tested in accordance with Australian and NZ Standards AS/NZS 4399 1996.

All fabrics we use are backed by backed by the Authority of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA).

ARPANSA The Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) is an Australian Federal Government agency charged under the ARPANS Act 1998 with responsibility for protecting the health and safety of people, and the environment, from the harmful effects of radiation.

Our supplier has testing equipment in-house and is accredited by www.arpansa.gov.au to provide a certificate as to a fabric's UPF rating, with Stretch-Tex UPF test reports accepted by ARPANSA.

Each batch of fabric is tested and we take delivery of each roll of fabric in the knowledge that each batch is tested and that there is a test certificate available.

All sun protective garments you are considering, should be certified in accordance with ARPANSA and have received the ARPANSA accreditation.
